The 6-Week Challenge starts Monday, August 28th. The final weigh-in will be Friday, October 5th. Group training sessions are included: Mon / Weds / Fri. 6P – 7P. We will be working out on our own professional obstacle course, or inside our air conditioned studio. Every week we’ll have new and unique playlists from DJ Icetre to keep you moving. And each of the workouts will be available in our Private Facebook Group so you can do them at home, too.

What you eat, how much you eat, when you eat, are important factors in a healthy lifestyle. Our focus is helping you achieve a better nutritional status and a goal of: right stuff, right amount, and right time.
- BASELINE MEASUREMENTS BEFORE & AFTER
We will be measuring your progress and celebrating your results by keeping track of your stats before and after the challenge.
We coach our Challengers on the difference between short-term results and long-term lifestyle changes.
